Classes include
- Classical Ballet – the foundation of all dance technique
- Pointe – with a strong focus on building ankle and leg strength
- Contemporary/Lyrical – combines the techniques of jazz, contemporary and ballet
…to Jazz, Tap, & Hip Hop
Jazz incorporates technique such as kicks, turns and leaps and is great for developing flexibility and fitness.
Tap focusses on the rhythm that is kept by the noise of the dancer’s shoes on the floor.
Hip Hop is a free, funky and soulful expression of movement.
and New Dance Classes for 2019
Silver Swans Ballet – focusing on the same foundations as Classical Ballet but tailored for more mature bodies. For adults age 40+ (Melony Jane – Silver Swans Licensee).
Acrobatics – increase your agility, strength, and flexibility, develop core strength with lifts, tumbling and balancing positions.
Dance to Your Own Tune – a creative movement class designed for children aged 1 1/2 to 3 years old, with a focus on fun and play based learning (Melony Jane – RAD CBTS).

Dancing Exams Coming Up
Permission slips and payment due for Dancing Exams The Commonwealth Society of Teachers of Dancing Exams are coming up in August 2017. For all those participating, the permission slips and payment are due back by Saturday 6th May.
