Enrolments are now closed for 2017 classes
Plan ahead and submit your enrolment form now to ensure your place for 2018.
How do I enrol?
Simply review the Class Timetable to find a suitable class then complete and submit the online enrolment form on this page. Erin will get back to you to confirm your place, along with payment details and a payment advice sheet. Please ensure you read the timetable carefully.
The term fees for each class can be found on the Class Timetable.
If you are unsure of which class your child should be enrolling in, please do not hesitate to contact Erin to discuss.
The age limits on the classes are an approximate guide only, and students who wish to move up an age group must be invited by Erin. Students moving classes depends entirely on the ability, participation and attitude of the individual and their own previous dance experience. Please do not just assume you will be moving.
Please be aware that the Ballet classes are based on ability not age. In the first few weeks of Term 1, we will trial all ballet students and move them into the correct class levels based on their ability.
Payment of Term Fees
Within the first couple of weeks of each term students will be issued an invoice with the term fees recorded on it. It would be appreciated if payment could be made as soon as possible but no later than week three of each term. If for any reason (including injury or illness) your child misses a dancing class, no refund or credit will be given as our fees are charged on a term basis.
Cash: Please place cash and payment advice sheet in an envelope with student’s name, amount and class written on the front.
Cheque: Please make cheques payable to “E K Dance Academy” and place in an envelope with payment advice sheet, student’s name, amount and class written on the front.
Direct Transfer: Place your payment advice sheet in an envelope with a note saying “direct transfer”. Please also indicate (in the space provided by your bank) who the payment is for and what it is for (E.g. costumes, tickets, fees) to avoid confusion. Bank transfer details will be included on the invoice you will receive.
