Dance Class Enrolment
Enrolling for dance classes
Download the 2023 Information Pack for further details on classes and enrolments including term fees.
If you are unsure of which class your child should be enrolling in, please do not hesitate to contact Erin to discuss.
Enrolments for 2023 are now available.
Please note: In the event that EK Dance Academy is affected by any further lockdowns due to Covid-19, classes will continue in an online form following the current 2023 timetable. Information for online classes will be emailed to families at the time of the lockdown, and no refunds will be given.
The age limits on the classes are an approximate guide only, and students who wish to move up an age group must be invited by Erin. Students moving classes depends entirely on the ability, participation and attitude of the individual and their own previous dance experience. Please do not just assume you will be moving.
Please be aware that the Ballet classes are based on ability not age. In the first few weeks of Term 1, we will trial all ballet students and move them into the correct class levels based on their ability.
Payment of Term Fees
Within the first couple of weeks of each term students will be issued an invoice with the term fees recorded on it. It would be appreciated if payment could be made as soon as possible but no later than week three of each term. If for any reason (including injury or illness) your child misses a dancing class, no refund or credit will be given as our fees are charged on a term basis.
Families with 2 or more students attending dance classes concurrently at EK Dance Academy will receive the following discounts:
- Second and subsequent siblings attending concurrently: 5% off that student’s term fees.
Discounts are assigned to the younger sibling/s and apply to term tuition fees only.
The maximum amount that an individual student will be charged per term will be $990. A student can attend as many classes as they want, and you will only pay $990 per term.
Cash: Please place cash and payment advice sheet in an envelope with student’s name, amount and class written on the front.
Cheque: Please make cheques payable to “E K Dance Academy” and place in an envelope with payment advice sheet, student’s name, amount and class written on the front.
